We're a Southland dairy farming business, operating 25 dairy farms, 8 supporting farms, and producing around 8.6 million kilograms of milk solids annually. Our success is built on the back of a team of over 160 farmers, many of whom are graduates of the Fortuna Academy, our in-house training programme.

Creating opportunities through dairy
We're using dairy to improve the lives of our farmers and the New Zealand economy. We do this through creating opportunities. Team members receive the training and support needed to grow, both professionally and personally. Driven employees then have the chance to share in our success and grow their own wealth, creating financial security for their families.
The opportunities created extend beyond the paddock. Today's farming methods are technologically advanced and farming businesses need a wide variety of roles across functions such as finance and operations.
Then there's sustainability. We're committed to leaving our land in a better conditions and creating opportunities that support this, including placing multiple areas under covenants so the next generation gets to enjoy their unspoiled beauty.
Ultimately, we're focused on creating opportunities that support our team members directly, other local agricultural businesses indirectly, and all New Zealanders, who benefit from farming as our largest export earner and one of the largest contributors of GDP.
Good Custodians of The Land
We're farming for the future. We like to think about 100 years time, and this helps us do the right thing around water, soil and climate. We are custodians of the land and want to improve it for the next generation. We've planted 15,000 native plants across our farms, have created many nutrient sinks, and have comprehensive nutrient management to ensure we are putting nutrients in the right place.
